It's A Toaster

Would that person (presumably female) who used to comment on my blogs now and then please comment on this one or give me some way of contacting them? It's been a while since 'her' blog was deleted, so I'm curious.

How Am I Going To Die?

Don't Trip
You will be smothered under a rug. You're a little
anti-social, and may want to start gaining new
social skills by making prank phone calls.

Christmas Blog

Merry Christmas to you all, those few of you that still glance at this thing. It's the thought that counts, even if Mike is the only one to comment on this one.

May there be happiness and good will this Christmas Day, the celebration of the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Blogland Has Died

Apparently.

Nobody even asks me to post anymore--not that I mind, but..heh..looks like another trend died.

I'll still rant on and write about Arnie, with a potential new series based on the daily reflections of a Rabbi Goldstein.

So for now..read it and weep, suckahs'!

A Poem

This stage, bleak from fore to aft
Is patterned off the skeletal noise
Of a torrent thunder in my brain
Coaxing long through arteries
Oh bloody cistern of ill-begotten woes.

Beating ivory, casting glass
Shatter coffers; spill ye taint, Decorum
Righteous law? I call your papers
Lining for my blessed coffin
Ask you then my name.

Forsaken! Oh, carnival
Your members scratch me, too
I suck the nectar of your singing
I the vampire am
Drinking life for morbid sake.

Beatific media and houses cold
My skin is taut from hard-water tears
Did you ever scry, Ophelia?
If so, in my mirror-face did you-
See all desperation!

Ringing, softly ringing
Smiling, sweetly smiling
Touching, heavy touching
My love you are in scrap book fire.

Indian Summer

I got rid of some more recent posts lately, as some of you might have noticed. The reasons behind that are several and I don't feel like writing a post about them, so this one will not be relative. This last week was interesting. Now I'm sitting in kind of a strange mood--sort of like..lost, or confused, but otherwise stable. Am I ever really stable? I don't know. I'm feeling kind of a void right now, an emptiness. Of course there are things..or people..I could fill it with, but the timing of any action is important. I'm asking myself, as I write this, why bring it up in the blog if you're not going to dish out every last intimate detail? Well, Blog, because I want a public mention of it without spilling everything..you know, maybe arouse some interest in certain of my readers? Bayley would make a good neonatal nurse, methinks.

That's all for now, jerks!

Post for the Public Good

Having reviewed certain circumstances relating to a recently posted advertisement for a movie around town and school, I must encourage my readers not to go and view the Left Behind movie--unless seeing it as a fictional work.

This is not to say that the Book of Revelation and Salvation are not completely true, but this is to say that the movie depicts both in a very Hollywood manner. I discourage seeing this movie because of the religious opinions it implies, chiefly that those left at the Rapture have a second chance. When Christ comes for His Church, we've officially abandoned ship. There will be no second redemption for man--in this I encourage you all to read the Bible itself, and not the (though creative) fictional accounts of the last days of Earth.

For a more complete reasoning behind this semi-boycott, see Pastor Ketcham--he can explain it better than I can.

If you happen to agree with this, please share the message with those you care about. Good fiction, the movie may be--but few people will be able to tell the difference.
